SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS insured 2-day service. A signature will be required for delivery.

International orders are shipped UPS insured signature required delivery. Delivery windows vary by country but generally not longer than 5 days (unless a box is stuck in customs). Please note any applicable duties imposed by the country we are shipping to are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate any duties which may be imposed and we do not collect duties at the time of sale. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since each and every piece of jewelry is made to order, returns are difficult, but our ultimate goal is for you to love your piece, So if you feel

you would like another size or you have a problem with your piece-please contact us within 7 days of when your box was signed for and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

After 30 days a refund or exchange will not be possible. Any custom or custom-engraved pieces are final sale. 

Once the return is accepted and we receive  your piece, we will fully credit your account. If we feel, for any reason, that the request is not reasonable — if the jewelry is damaged or has been improperly used — we will not accept the return. 

We are always happy to send additional photos and answer any questions to help you choose the right piece for you. 

REPAIRS

We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. If it has been less than one year since the date of purchase, we offer repairs at no cost for damage occurring during normal wear and usage. Note that we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. Repairs requested after one year since the date of purchase are offered for a cost.
