The Golden Ratio earrings:

The earrings are solid 14k, 18k or 22k yellow gold (white or pink gold available on request) with 82 diamonds, and the handmade loops are finished by hand to a rich satin, buttery finish.

We started with the search for the perfect oval, and used an ancient mathematical relationship called “the Golden Ratio” (of the Golden Section) to proportion the earring. The Golden Ratio goes back to antiquity, to a discovery by the Greek mathematician Euclid. The ratio was thought to result in pleasing proportions and was used by many great artists and architects, from Leonardo Da Vinci to Salvador Dali.
